Hosting and access logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host generates access logs containing technical request data, such as your IP address, request date and time, requested address and browser information. These data are used to deliver the page, maintain reliable operation and investigate security incidents. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. ALL-INKL.COM processes the data on our behalf and sets the retention period for its server logs according to its operational and security needs. We do not configure that period or keep a separate visitor log.
Email contact
If you email us, we process your email address and message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a contract. We delete the correspondence when the matter has been resolved, unless a legal retention duty applies.
GitHub, fonts and cookies
The project descriptions and the Clock social image are included in this HTML file as a fallback. The fonts are embedded as well. When you open this page, your browser requests current repository descriptions from api.github.com and the Clock image from a GitHub image server. GitHub receives technical connection data, including your IP address. The legal basis for this request is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in showing current public projects. No GitHub access token is stored in the page. Project order and new social-image addresses are refreshed when this HTML file is republished. This website does not set cookies, use browser storage, or run analytics or advertising scripts. The host's optional Webalizer statistics are disabled.
Links to other platforms
External links to GitHub, Ko-fi, Medium, Reddit and X open those services when you follow a link. GitHub is also contacted automatically for the projects as described above. The respective provider then processes your visit under its own privacy notice; this may involve processing outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us using the email address above.
