Rauchfrei Aktuell was an equally important and exciting project for me. At that time, there was no other product of comparable quality in this area that was produced with the same care and attention to detail.
For the second issue, I invented the Natural Born Non-Smoker, which represents the depressing reality for many non-smokers during a visit to a restaurant in an exaggerated form. The pretty woman wears a respirator mask to protect herself from the unappetizing smell and the harmful effects of tobacco smoke.
In addition to the design of the cover picture, I contributed to the content of the magazine as author and wrote an article about toxins in tobacco smoke.
The title theme of the issue was “Bleibt der Nichtraucherschutz auf der Strecke?”. Reason was missing courage and determination of the politicians and parties to decide smoking bans for gastronomische’ and other public mechanisms.
