New Release: Delta OST – Extended Stammrein Remix

Delta, released in 1987 by Thalamus, was a fantastic shoot’em up game. The soundtrack by the legendary Rob Hubbard, an interpretation of Philip Glass’ “Koyaanisquatsi”, sounded fantastic for the time and fitted the game perfectly.

This remix follows the original arrangement by Rob Hubbard, but has been supplemented, extensively expanded, completely re-recorded and remixed. It is my very personal homage to Rob Hubbard and his outstanding talent to create 8-bit hymns from a sound chip that cost only a few dollars, which still thrill and excite fans today.
