Wallter is a minimalist program that downloads a new desktop wallpaper from the website “Unsplash.com” every day. Wallter is good for you if you like nice desktop wallpapers and don’t want unnecessary frills. Wallter is slim, simple and doesn’t try to give you an inflatable washing machine or electric blanket as a “free” addition.
You can either create Wallter yourself from the building instructions I published on Github or you can use the installer which you can download by clicking the button below.
Wallter only feels comfortable on computers running a relatively recent version of Windows.
Wallter is still young and can not do much yet. But you can teach him new tricks if you understand CSharp and have a suitable development environment.
